From strategy to executable AI transformation, in one software layer.
The platform turns strategy and business context into gaps, recommendations, owned actions, agent configuration and orchestrated execution. It is what makes the second agent easier than the first.
What the platform does for the business.
One connected path replaces work that usually lives in separate documents, tools and projects.
Strategy
Structures the direction and the business objectives the transformation is supposed to serve.
Gaps
Identifies where the current strategy, operating model or capabilities fall short.
Priorities
Turns gaps into focused recommendations and transformation priorities.
Owned actions
Creates executable actions and tasks with owners and time estimates.
Controlled AI execution
Turns selected workflow work into governed AI-agent execution.
Monitoring
Shows execution, progress, and the transformation work that follows.
What makes controlled AI execution possible.
The technical layer sits underneath the business flow. It is what turns a selected workflow into agent work that stays inside its boundaries.
MCP configuration
The connection and configuration layer that gives an agent approved context and tools inside your operating environment.
Agent harness and scaffolding
The redesigned workflow, compiled into the context, instructions, structure and evaluation logic the agent needs to run reliably.
Controls and approved access
Explicit boundaries on what the agent may do, which data and systems it may reach, and where a person must approve.
Agent orchestration
Agents coordinated as part of the transformation model, rather than left as isolated tools.
An agent harness is the configuration, context, instructions, tools, controls and evaluation logic that constrain how an agent performs a workflow. Ours is compiled from your strategy and operating model instead of written from scratch, which is the reason a hand-built equivalent costs more and takes longer.
In the order the work happens.
Strategy and objectives
The transformation starts from the business direction and objectives already in place, not from a blank page.
- Start from the direction already in place
- Structure the priorities the transformation should serve
Analysis and gaps
The existing strategy and operating context are analysed, and the gaps become explicit transformation work rather than a discussion.
- Analyse the existing strategy and operating context systematically
- Turn strategic and operating gaps into explicit work
Actions and timeline
Recommendations become executable actions with owners and estimates, then get a sequence so leadership can see what happens when.
- Translate recommendations into owned actions
- Give transformation work owners and timing
Agent configuration
Selected workflow work moves from a planned action into governed agent execution, with the execution artifacts the agent runs on.
- Move from planned action to agent configuration
- Produce the execution artifacts the agent runs on
Seven real RELIABL.IT platform screens, in the order the work happens.
A system you run, with people who get you started.
Consultants hand you a recommendation and go. Software hands you a login and goes. Neither of those is much use in the first month, which is where most AI transformation quietly dies.
You get the platform, and you get our people to onboard you onto it. They set it up around your strategy and your first workflow, and they stay close while the first agent goes into production. After that you run it, and we are there when you want us.
That is the difference between a project and an operating model. A project ends and takes what it learned with it. A system stays in your hands, which is the reason the second agent is easier than the first.
Platform questions.
Can we buy the platform on its own?
Yes. The platform is the product, and you can buy access to it with onboarding and our support under an agreed service level.
Most companies still start with the 30-day engagement, because that is where the workflow gets redesigned and the measurement gets set up, and because it is faster to learn the system on a real workflow than on a demo. Continued access is included in Transformation and Scale, from €3,000 per month. For access on its own, tell us the scope and we will price it.
Can an advisor run the platform for their client?
Yes. Advisors and consultants use the platform with their own clients, with the same onboarding and support.
Either way the agents run in the client's environment, on the client's model account. We hold none of your data.
Does the platform create the agents?
It compiles the harness: the context, instructions, tools, controls and evaluation logic the agent runs on, built from your strategy and operating model.
That is the part a person would otherwise write from scratch, and it is why the second agent is easier than the first.
Can we see the platform during the sales process?
Yes. The screens above are real, and we would rather show you the working thing than argue about it.
The AI Value Scan is where that usually happens, and the map it produces is made by the platform itself.
Find where AI can create measurable value first.
Next day you get a one-page map of where an agent pays first, the metric we'd aim to move, and a fixed price and date.
45 minutes. You keep the map either way.
No preparation required. No commitment.
