Get your first AI agent into production in 30 days.
One workflow. One governed AI agent. One measurable baseline. €3,000 for a first scope narrow enough to finish, and to prove.
Production, not a prototype.
By the end of the engagement the agreed AI agent is operating in a live workflow: real users, approved access, defined human controls, monitoring, and a business metric that was established before implementation started.
Which metric depends on the workflow. It may be time, cost, throughput, quality, conversion, or something else the business already tracks. The point is that it existed before the agent did.
We measure the workflow before the agent touches it, and we treat that as a gate.
Why 30 days is possible.
Thirty days works because the first engagement is deliberately narrow. We are not claiming to transform a company in a month.
One business priority
The engagement serves something leadership already cares about.
One workflow
One activity, start to finish. Not a department.
One production agent
One governed agent operating in that workflow, with real users.
One measurable baseline
One agreed number, established before implementation begins.
We do not start from a blank-page technology project. The delivery system structures the priority, the workflow redesign, the responsibilities, the agent configuration, the controls and the measurement around one defined production scope. That focus is what makes a 30-day production commitment realistic.
The four stages.
- 01
Direction and baseline
We decide the workflow together and establish how it performs today.
- 02
Select and redesign
Redesign the workflow and define which work is human, which is the agent's, and where approval is required.
- 03
Configure and validate
Configure the agent, test failure cases, and set the controls, escalation and suspension rules.
- 04
Controlled production launch
Launch with real users, monitor operation, and review the same measure against the baseline.
Six things you keep, even if you stop on day 30.
The production AI agent
The agent delivered for the selected workflow, running in your environment.
The redesigned workflow
The future workflow, including human responsibilities and approval points. It keeps running with or without us in the room.
The strategy recap
Your own direction and objectives, written down in one place, in the form the transformation work actually runs on.
The gap analysis
Where the strategy, the operating model and today's capabilities fall short. Named, not implied.
The action plan
Those gaps turned into actions with owners and time estimates, so the work has somewhere to go on day 31.
The opportunity list
The next AI opportunities in priority order, without a fixed transformation roadmap forced on top.
Questions about the 30 days.
Scope, price, timing, and what we need from you.
€3,000 seems too cheap to be real.
It's cheap because it's narrow. One workflow, one agent, one metric. We're not transforming your company for €3,000. We're proving one thing works.
The price is meant to be small enough that you can put it in front of your CEO without staking your judgement on it. A test you can afford to fail is the only kind that gets approved.
What exactly is included, and what is not?
Included: one workflow, one production agent, the workflow baseline and the success metric, the current-to-future workflow redesign, human responsibilities and approval points, agent configuration and validation, the approved access the scope needs, testing of outputs and the relevant failure cases, escalation and suspension procedures, a controlled launch with real users, and the initial monitoring. The platform also produces a strategy recap, a gap analysis, an action plan, and a prioritised list of future AI opportunities.
Not included: company-wide AI transformation, multiple production agents, major custom integrations, system replacement projects, and an open-ended consulting programme. That second list is what stops a €3,000 engagement quietly becoming one. Platform access after the engagement continues only if you move into Transformation and Scale.
When do the 30 days start?
At the agreed kickoff date, once the business owner, the access the workflow needs and the approvals to begin are in place.
The price is fixed at €3,000 plus VAT for the agreed scope, and the scope is fixed with it. One workflow, one agent, one metric. Broader transformation work is a separate decision, taken later.
What do you need from us?
A named business owner, access to the relevant workflow information, stakeholder availability where it is needed, agreement on the workflow and the success measure, approved data and system access for the scope, agreement on human approvals and on escalation and suspension rules, and real users for the controlled launch.
Every one of these is part of the delivery model rather than hidden extra work. Each exists because without it the clock cannot start.
Is the 30-day offer suitable for every workflow?
No, and the AI Value Scan exists partly to say so. A workflow with unclear ownership, information nobody can approve for use, no meaningful baseline, or no practical route to controlled production is a poor first candidate.
The answer can be "not this workflow", or "not AI at all for this one". That is a useful answer and it costs you 45 minutes.
Can the engagement include integration work?
Not major custom integration, which is explicitly out of scope. Day one needs no admin, no app registration and no consent screen.
The owner can sync the document library to their machine the way they already do, drop the documents for this one workflow into a folder, and the agent reads that folder. If you later want a direct connection it is a scoped least-privilege account for named systems only, never tenant-wide.
What if our workflow is not documented?
Then we bring the framework and the best practice and define it with you. It is one part of the engagement, not a separate consulting project.
Do we have to continue after day 30?
No. You keep the production agent, the redesigned workflow and the opportunity list either way.
Continuing into Transformation and Scale is a separate decision, taken after you have seen a result rather than before.
Do we start by buying the €3,000 engagement?
No. Every commercial conversation starts with the free 45-minute AI Value Scan.
Next day you get a one-page map of where an agent pays first, the workflow we would start on, the metric we would aim to move, and a fixed price and date. You keep the map either way.
Start with the workflow where AI can prove value.
The first step is the always-free 45-minute AI Value Scan.
45 minutes. You keep the map either way.
No preparation required. No commitment.
It's the first step into the 5% that really transform. The gap between the 5% and everyone else widens every month.
